About this demo: This demonstration uses example customers, vehicles, jobs and invoices. This is a read-only demo. You can explore the screens without changing any records.

2. Explore the main areas
Dashboard: overview of workshop activity and jobs needing attention.
Jobs: explore job lists and example statuses; select highlighted controls to inspect sample job records.
Customers: explore customer details and switch between linked Vehicles, Jobs and Invoices using the buttons above the screenshot.
Invoices: select View PDF Invoice to inspect a sample PDF or View Quick Edit Example to see an invoice editing preview.
Reports: open the available sample report/export preview.
Settings: see the application's configuration screen.
3. Using the demo search
Type a sample record number or name in the search field at the top of the page.
Click Search (or press Enter). Click Clear to return to the screen you were viewing before the search.
Try 260, 460, Rob Roberts, AeroShift, INV-1012 or INV-2007.
Search lets you open a selection of example records. Searching for a job number opens that job. Searching for AeroShift opens the customer record. Try the example searches listed above.
4. Viewing examples
Highlighted interactive areas on screenshots open available sample records, previews and reports. Close a preview with the × control to return to the demonstration. The invoice PDF shows an example of an invoice produced by Garage Manager.
5. Common questions
Can I add a customer or edit an invoice here? No. No. This is a read-only demo. You can see how these features work, but you cannot make changes here.
What happens when I search for Job 260? The demo opens the individual Job 260 record, without unrelated jobs. Use Clear to return to the previous screen.
Can I print this guide? Yes. Use Print / Save as PDF at the top of this page.
Is this the manual for the installed software? No. This guide covers the website demonstration. The installed Windows application will have a separate manual.
Invoice search: Search for 1012 or INV-1012 to open the sample PDF invoice directly. Search for 2007 or INV-2007 to open the Quick Edit example. Close the preview to return to the invoice screen.
